Components

System Components

Spray application

Water-curtain or dry-filter booths, with manual guns or a factory-built five-axis machine.

Dip coating

Immersion coating for parts such as engine components that are specified for dip rather than spray.

Flash-off and cure

Flash-off between coats, then thermal or UV cure depending on the paint.

Waterborne climbing-formwork

Waterborne spray systems for aluminum climbing formwork when powder is not the specified finish.

How does the liquid sequence differ from powder?

Liquid lines add flash-off after spray. Powder lines go from application to cure. Pretreatment and dry-off sit in front of both.

Liquid paint systems are designed around booth type, flash-off and cure — not by renaming a powder booth. XFS Equipment builds water-curtain booths, dry-filter booths, five-axis machines and dip tanks in the same factory.
