Engineering

Engineering and Process Advantages

XFS Equipment focuses on practical system planning — matching process stages and equipment to the products you manufacture.

Process-first planning

Load, pretreatment, dry-off, coating, cure, cool and unload are selected against the workpiece — not copied from a catalogue.

Equipment built in our factory

Booths, ovens, tanks, recovery houses, conveyors and control cabinets are manufactured by the XFS Equipment group.

Manual to automatic

Manual spray, five-axis machines and conveyorized automatic lines are available for the same process family.

Toronto project support

Quotations, technical discussion and project follow-up run through the Toronto office at 139 Gillard Ave.

FAQ

Common questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often when a finishing line is being planned.

What information helps XFS quote a finishing line?

Workpiece dimensions and weight, material, coating type, required capacity, floor space, preferred heating method, and any layout drawings or photos.

Do you supply individual equipment or complete lines?

Both. Products such as booths, ovens and conveyors can be ordered on their own, or combined as a powder, liquid, pretreatment or e-coat line.

What is the standard powder coating sequence?

Load, pretreatment, dry-off, powder application, cure, cool and unload. Liquid paint lines add flash-off after spray. Stages can be omitted only when the process does not need them.

Where is the factory, and where is the office?

XFS Equipment owns its manufacturing factory in China. International customers contact the Toronto office at 139 Gillard Ave, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Who should I email?

Use info@xfsequipment.com for general enquiries. Operations Manager Evan Xu can be reached at evan.xu@xfsequipment.com or +1 647-763-6839.

Do you coat construction metal such as formwork and climbing frames?

Yes. Construction-metal powder lines for aluminum formwork, climbing frames, guardrails, fencing and noise barriers are a core XFS Equipment product group.
