Industrial finishing equipment for 20 years

XFS Equipment designs, manufactures and supplies powder coating, liquid painting, pretreatment, curing, conveying and automation equipment. For twenty years the group has built finishing systems around the workpiece, the coating process and the plant layout — from individual booths and ovens to complete production lines.

Our own factory, one group

XFS Equipment operates its own manufacturing factory in China. The group’s China companies work as one factory, two domestic brands, covering turnkey coating lines, standard finishing equipment, recovery and environmental systems, conveyors and custom machinery. This English website is the international face of that group.

Factory engineering covers consulting, process planning, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and after-sales support. Patents, software copyrights and technical qualifications sit inside the same group.

Toronto office

International and North American customers work with our Toronto office for project discussion, quotations and ongoing communication. Manufacturing and engineering are carried out in our China factory; Toronto is the commercial and project-support office, not a second factory.

What we supply

Typical supply includes powder coating lines for construction metal products such as aluminum formwork, climbing frames, guardrails and noise barriers; liquid paint and waterborne systems; electrophoretic coating; PP-tank spray pretreatment; curing ovens; powder recovery and environmental equipment; five-axis spray machines; UV curing; and conveyor automation. Scope is confirmed against your workpiece and process requirements.
