What it is used for
Pretreatment removes oil, fines and shop soil and applies conversion or rinse stages so powder, liquid or e-coat can bond to the metal.

Do you publish tank temperatures and chemical recipes?
Those values are set with the chemistry supplier and the coating specification. XFS Equipment designs the tanks, sprays, heating and conveying around the agreed process.
Pretreatment is a process machine, not a rinse afterthought. The PP-tank spray systems shown here are the same family used on appliance and construction-metal lines built in the XFS Equipment factory.
