Engineering and Manufacturing Capabilities
XFS Equipment plans, designs, manufactures, installs and commissions industrial finishing lines from our own factory, with project support from Toronto.
Capabilities here means the engineering and factory work behind a finishing line — not a blog. The group’s China companies describe this as consulting, R&D, planning, design, manufacturing, installation, service and technical plant output. XFS Equipment presents the same scope to international customers.

How a project is delivered
A coating line is useful only when process, equipment, conveying, heating and controls are designed together and then built, installed and commissioned as one job.
Own-factory manufacturing
Booths, ovens, conveyors, tanks, recovery houses and control cabinets are fabricated in our China factory, not assembled from unrelated catalogue parts.
Installation and commissioning
Mechanical installation, wiring, heat-up, spray trials and process tuning are planned with the line, then supported until the system is running.
After-sales and parts
Guns, filters, burners, heating elements and control components are supplied for new lines and for equipment already in production.
Scope
What the factory actually builds
Equipment groups manufactured in our own factory and supplied either as standalone machines or as part of a complete line.
- Powder coating lines for construction metal, cabinets, racks and general fabrication
- Liquid paint, waterborne and dip-coating systems, including five-axis spray machines
- Electrophoretic coating equipment
- PP-tank spray pretreatment and related wash stages
- Batch ovens, tunnel ovens, UV curing and heating systems
- Powder recovery, baghouse and exhaust-gas treatment
- Overhead, belt, slat, roller and chain conveyors, including food-grade incline units
- Custom assembly and test equipment where the project requires it
