Powder sequence: Load → Pretreatment → Dry-Off → Powder Application → Cure → Cool → Unload
Liquid sequence: Load → Pretreatment → Dry-Off → Paint Application → Flash-Off → Cure → Cool → Unload
When powder is the usual choice
- Construction metal: formwork, climbing frames, guardrails, noise barriers
- Electrical cabinets and racks
- Many fabricated steel and aluminum parts
When liquid is the usual choice
- Furniture and wood
- Specified wet films, including waterborne climbing-formwork
- Dip coating of engine components
- Five-axis automatic spray inside a water-curtain or dry-filter booth
- Electrophoretic coating for wrap-around corrosion films
