Information Needed to Quote a Finishing Line
Product, capacity, coating and plant details XFS Equipment needs to quote a powder, liquid or pretreatment line.
Direct answer
Send enough for the factory to size hangers, booths and ovens. A product name alone is not a quotation.
Send these items
- Company and project country
- What is being coated and the material
- Maximum dimensions and weight
- Required output
- Powder, liquid, e-coat, UV, or a mix
- New line or replacement of existing equipment
- Available floor space and utilities
- Photos or drawings when you have them

Why the factory asks for this
Booth openings, oven dwell and conveyor speed are set from the largest part and the required rate. Construction-metal lines need a different envelope than appliance or furniture parts. The quote is only useful after those numbers are on the table.
