How we use it
- To respond to quotations, technical questions and after-sales requests
- To coordinate manufacturing and engineering work inside the XFS Equipment group
- To keep the website available and secure
Sharing
Enquiry details may be shared inside the XFS Equipment group, including the China factory, when needed to design, manufacture or support equipment. We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as email delivery or hosting may process data only to operate this website.
Retention
Project and contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, the order and ordinary after-sales support, unless a longer period is required by law.
