FAQ

Aging Rooms FAQ

Answers to the questions we are asked most often when a finishing line is being planned.

How is an aging room different from a batch oven?

A batch oven is usually a smaller cabinet loaded through a door. An aging room is a walk-in heated space for racks or larger loads. XFS Equipment builds both.

Aging rooms are a factory product in the XFS oven family. Specify the load, soak and available hall height and we size the room and heating system around that.
